Perhaps the most frequently asked questions pertain to using our state of the art online wholesale catalog and ordering system. We have taken careful measures to ensure the safest and most secure shopping cart available today.
Catalog Prices: While we welcome all visitors to Jane-Inc.com and hope you enjoy browsing through our pages of wonderful products, our wholesale catalog prices are visible only to registered resellers. If you are a reseller, we encourage you to register for online purchases.
Registration: You can register for ordering online by completing our online application. Once your registration information is confirmed and your account is activated, simply place your order online, provide accurate shipping details on your order form and a valid email address so we can contact you about your order as needed. Then, when you get to the Order Confirmation page, simply close your browser. Our system will save your order and email you a copy of your order and your order will be processed as quickly as possible.
Shipping & Payments: Because of the complexity of most wholesale orders, we do not include shipping charges in online orders and we do not accept credit cards online. Instead, we contact you when your order is prepared for shipping and inform you of shipping charges, and we collect your credit card information, if necessary, at that time.
We've built the site to be viewable in more modern browsers because modern browsers support more advanced functions, including JavaScript. JavaScript allows us to move things around the screen, change displays, and generally make our site more interactive and interesting. JavaScript is usually enabled by default in all browsers. If you have trouble using our menus, for example, most likely your browser's JavaScript has been disabled.
