Our Policies
Registration is required for all online ordering.
If you have ordered from us before, we'll activate your online account as soon after registration as we can verify your account status in our customer records. If you have already been approved for ordering on Net 30 terms, we will assume that you would like your order shipped under Net 30 terms unless you specify otherwise.
If you have not ordered from us before, you will hear from us as quickly as possible following your registration, but certainly within 7 business days. Please be sure all information is complete and that your resale number is entered correctly so it can be verified.
First-time orders must be paid by credit card. To be eligible for Net 30 terms on subsequent orders, please call 510 234-7558 for instructions between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm PST Monday - Friday.
Because of the complexity of most wholesale orders, shipping charges are not applied to your online purchase and will not be reflected in your order total or confirmation email. As soon as shipping charges have been calculated and your order is ready to ship, we will contact you for credit card information, if necessary, and to inform you of shipping charges for your order.
Refunds
As with all wholesale purchases at Jane Inc., refunds are issued only on products received damaged or defective and only within seven days of receipt. No refunds are issued on products after sale to the end user. Damaged or defective products must be reported to Customer Service at 510-234-7558 via phone or at 510-236-0633 via fax during our regular Customer Service hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday.
